Low-Sodium French Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
3 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. No-Salt Added Ketchup
1/2tsp. Worcestershire Sauce (Reduced Sodium if you can find it)
1/4 cup Onion, finely minced

How To: Combine all ingredients except oil in a small bowl.  Slowly whisk in
oil.  A small blender works well for this if you have one.

Yields: 6 servings (1 serving= 2 Tbsp.)
